In 2018 we began developing Noetica, a Directory of vetted Retreats, Clinics and Therapists who served the emerging psychedelic space. In 2019 we partnered with ThirdWave merging our directory in with their Consumer Education platform. Ben assumed the role of COO (later CTO) and helped to raise funding to scale the business. From 2019 until 2023 we raised funds, scaled the team, scaled revenue, rebranded the company,  launched several new educational products, launched a robust community on Mighty Networks, and spun off the Psychedelic Coaching Institute which just finished its 7th cohort, each certifying 40 coaches over 6 months.
